Our Curator, Richard M. Richardson

Environmental Artist and Creator of Three Sisters Sanctuary

“I live in my art, and my art lives in me.”
Richard M. Richardson, has been living in Goshen, MA for 43 years, destiny lead him here from NJ in the early 1970’s and he instantly knew he would lay down his roots. His three daughters were born and raised on the land and are the namesake of the ‘Three Sisters Sanctuary’. They have encouraged, contributed and loved this outdoor healing space. The spirits of Richard’s brother Chuck and his eldest daughter Tina Marie, live on in the Sanctuary, they both had a strong influence on his vision. As decades pass, it has been his delight to witness the Sanctuary mature, and welcome guests, and it is his hope, you too will find serenity, spirituality, and inner peace here throughout your visit.
